Prayer of Jabez- Week 2

Services

Sunday - 10AM Worship Service, 938 Middletown Warwick Rd. Middletown, DE

Sep. 17, 2023

In the month of September, The Jewish people and culture mark the beginning of their New Year. It is called Rosh Hashanah and they often celebrate it with prayer, symbolic foods, and the blowing of the shofar.

This month of September, We want to mark the new beginning of the school year with an emphasis on prayer.

This renewed focus will include hosting school campus prayer walks, Wednesday morning prayer in addition to Wednesday night prayer, and a See You at the Pole prayer event.

We kicked this month off with Jeremiah Gruber praying over all children and youth before the school year started. Then beginning on Sunday, September 10th, Pastor Dee will preach a 4 week series on The Prayer of Jabez found in 1 Chronicles chapter 4. We will learn about the amazing outpouring we will receive from God when we ask God boldly for: blessing, expansion of our territory, His hand remaining upon us, His protection and keeping us from evil.

Please join us for an exciting month of learning about the Prayer of Jabez and all  other prayer initiatives.
