Kid's Check-In

While our ultimate goal is to spread the word of God to all, we take safety in just as high a regard! Read below for a quick overview of our kid's check-in process if you are looking to join us on a Sunday morning!

Prior to entering the sanctuary on Sunday mornings, stop by our Kid's Check-In station to check-in your child(ren). If it's your first time joining us, we will ask for some basic information (age, contact info, allergies, etc.) and provide a sticker for you and your child. After your first visit, your child will be in our system and we will print you and your child a label. The child's label will go on their clothing and you will keep your label to pick up your child at the conclusion of service!

Nursery/Pre-School

Our nursery and pre-school rooms welcome children from infancy to pre-school. These rooms meet the little ones where they are. Our trained volunteers are background checked and teach the word of God through music, videos, and hands-on activities. The time spent with your little ones on a Sunday morning is not simply baby-sitting, our hope as a church is to instill the word of God into all, from the youngest to the oldest of our congregation...and these rooms are where this starts!

Sunday morning Kid's Ministry

Our Kids Church kids (grades 1st-5th) are participating in our engaging, relevant, and Bible based ‘Connect HQ’ curriculum.

This curriculum teaches your elementary kids to own their spiritual growth and become mature Christians as they grow older.

Kids will bring home a 'Challenge Card' where they are challenged to complete activities connected to each week's lesson, share what they've learned with their family, and return the card the following week, while also memorizing the weekly Bible verse.

Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge

The second Sunday of each month RLCC Kids have BGMC Sunday! During this time, they learn about missions around the world. Kids are encouraged to fill and bring their 'Buddy Barrels' this Sunday to give their offerings!

What Is BGMC?

"BGMC is the AG missions program for kids that instills a heart of compassion to reach the lost through praying, giving, and going. All funds raised through BGMC go to meet critical needs around the world such as feeding programs, water wells, Bible schools, curriculum, and whatever else a missionary needs in their part of the world."

Did you know? Among the Assemblies of God Missionaries, most were initially called to be missionaries while they were children!

Where Do BGMC Offerings Come From?

What Does BGMC Money Buy?

Our missionaries can use BGMC funds for any ministry supplies that relate to evangelism and discipleship.

Puppets, music, and video tapes
Tracts, Bibles, and literature
Sound systems, computers, and copy machines
And a whole lot more!
